Role Overview :

As a Test Analyst - Dynamics 365, CCaaS, CSW, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Dynamics 365, CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), and CSW (Customer Service Workspace) implementations. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements, design test plans, and execute test cases. Your work will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring that our solutions meet their business needs and perform flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365, CCaaS, and CSW solutions.

- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Document and track defects using Azure DevOps, providing detailed information for developers to resolve issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand and resolve defects, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in test environment setup and maintenance, ensuring that the testing environment is stable and representative of the production environment.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, implementing best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide support to end-users during UAT, addressing their queries and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365, CCaaS, and CSW solutions.

- Proven expertise in performing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, identifying and documenting defects effectively.

- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices, with the ability to implement and improve testing processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and project managers.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and effective time management skills.
