Job Title : Salesforce Traction Complete Consultant


Description :


We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with hands-on experience in Traction Complete (TC) to support a client engagement focused on Salesforce data management, lead routing, and account hierarchy optimization.


The consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Traction Complete managed package within Salesforce, ensuring efficient lead-to-account matching, duplicate management, and automated routing processes.


This is a short-term contract role (3 months, extendable) requiring someone who can quickly understand the clients Salesforce architecture and deliver configuration and optimization work with minimal ramp-up time.


Key Responsibilities :


Salesforce & Traction Complete Implementation :


- Configure and implement Traction Complete managed package within Salesforce.


- Set up Lead-to-Account Matching rules and optimize lead routing workflows.


- Configure automated record assignment for leads, contacts, and accounts.


- Implement duplicate detection and deduplication strategies using TC tools.


- Configure Complete Clean and Complete Leads modules where applicable.


Data Management & Governance :


- Analyze existing Salesforce data structures and identify data quality issues.


- Implement data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment workflows.


- Establish data governance best practices within Salesforce.


- Ensure consistent account hierarchy structure using TC hierarchy tools.


Automation & Process Optimization :


- Design and implement automated routing workflows.


- Optimize sales and marketing data flows within Salesforce.


- Ensure proper mapping of leads, contacts, and accounts.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Support :


- Work with Sales Operations, RevOps, and Salesforce Admin teams.


- Translate business requirements into Salesforce configuration solutions.


- Provide recommendations for improving Salesforce data architecture.


- Support testing, validation, and deployment of TC configurations.


Documentation & Knowledge Transfer :


- Document configuration changes and workflows.


- Provide knowledge transfer sessions to internal Salesforce admins or RevOps teams.


Salesforce Experience :


- 4+ years of Salesforce experience in Admin/Consultant roles.


- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data model.

Traction Complete Experience :


- Hands-on experience with Traction Complete (TC) managed package.


- Experience configuring :


a. Lead-to-account matching

b. Lead routing

c. Duplicate management

d. Account hierarchies


Salesforce Platform Skills :


- Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation).


- Experience with data quality management tools.


- Ability to troubleshoot data matching and routing issues.


Analytical Skills :


- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.


- Ability to understand complex CRM workflows and business processes.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Sales Cloud Certification.


- Experience working with RevOps or Sales Operations teams.


- Experience with data governance and CRM optimization initiatives.


- Exposure to tools like LeanData, DemandTools, or similar Salesforce data management tools.
