Teqfocus - Conga CPQ Developer

Description :

We are seeking a skilled Conga CPQ Developer with strong Salesforce development expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Conga CPQ implementation and customization, along with solid knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, integrations, and automation.

This role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and may involve cross-time zone collaboration outside IST hours.

Experience :

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Proven experience working in fast-paced and collaborative environments

- Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ is mandatory

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Technical Configuration :

- Configure and customize Conga CPQ

- Work with Salesforce Object Model and Field Types

- Manage Custom Metadata Types and Custom Settings

- Configure Profiles, Permission Sets, and Access Controls

- Implement Sharing Rules, Roles, and Security Models

- Build and maintain Flows and other Salesforce automation

- Develop and maintain Validation Rules

Salesforce Customization & Development :

- Develop Apex Triggers and Classes

- Implement Apex Sharing and Security best practices

- Build modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Develop Batch Apex and asynchronous processes

- Implement Salesforce integrations using best practices

- Work with Managed Packages

- Perform data migration and data management activities

DevOps Tools & Processes :

- Work with Salesforce Metadata

- Use GitHub for version control

- Follow Salesforce deployment best practices

- Maintain access control and compliance standards

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Salesforce development

- Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ

- Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model

- Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and deployment processes

- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
