About the Role :

Our client, a leading global consulting and technology organization serving financial institutions, is seeking experienced Temenos Transact Consultants to support large-scale transformation initiatives across wealth management, private banking, and retail banking domains.

Key Responsibilities :

You will lead the implementation of :

1. Wealth / Private Banking :

- Temenos Transact (T24) back-office capabilities for private banking and wealth management clients.

- Securities processing, corporate actions, settlements, accounting, and front-office to back-office integration with TAP or equivalent front-office solutions.

- Optimization of out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities to streamline operations and strengthen regulatory controls.

2. Retail Banking :

- Temenos Transact core banking capabilities across deposits, lending, payments, and customer servicing.

- Requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, and implementation readiness to support scalable and compliant retail banking operations.

Required Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Temenos Transact within wealth/private banking environments; or

- Strong expertise in retail banking products and processes, including onboarding/KYC, deposits, lending, payments, and collections.

- Deep understanding of the securities lifecycle, including trading, settlements, income events, corporate actions, and accounting.

- Hands-on experience with Arrangement Architecture (AA), OFS, TAFJ/TAFC, COB troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Core Skills :

- Business analysis and process re-engineering for investment operations.

- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Strong documentation skills, including BRD, FRD, FSD, SOPs, and user stories.

- End-to-end testing lifecycle management, including SIT/UAT and regression testing.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.

9. General Ledger / Accounting

10. Lending & Collateral Management

- Utilize the Extensibility Framework (EF) wherever possible instead of custom routines.

- Conduct gap-fit workshops with business and operations stakeholders.

- Prepare functional, technical, and integration documentation.

- Design front-office to back-office processes ensuring straight-through processing.

- Configure and support integration interfaces including APIs, MQ, ITX, ISO 20022, and SWIFT messaging.

- Support non-functional requirements including COB performance, reconciliations, controls, and operational reporting.

- Plan and execute SIT and UAT activities, defect management, cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare support.
