About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Agentic Engineer with a strong background in Data Science or Development, specializing in designing, architecting, and building agentic systems and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating intelligent, autonomous workflows and scalable AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy agentic systems and AI-driven solutions

- Architect and implement multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks

- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

- Work with vector embeddings and semantic search systems

- Develop evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure model and system performance

- Design and manage complex workflows and decision-making pipelines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed systems

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience as a Data Scientist / AI Developer / ML Engineer

- Hands-on experience in agent engineering and agentic frameworks

- Expertise in RAG, vector databases, and embeddings

- Experience in multi-agent orchestration and workflow design

- Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph (mandatory)

- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks

- Experience with evaluation (evals) frameworks for LLMs and AI systems

- Good understanding of system design and scalable architectures.
