Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, sales) to design solutions that meet business objectives.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.

- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.

- Support in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and impact analysis for new initiatives.

- Liaise between business teams and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for management decision-making.

- Support testing activities (UAT) by validating solutions against requirements.

- Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support business strategy.

- Ensure compliance with organisational standards and assist in ISO certification readiness (if applicable).

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar).

- Knowledge of business process modelling, requirement gathering techniques, and gap analysis.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).

- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

- Attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (masters degree preferred).

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/consulting role.

- Experience in IT/Software, Consulting, or SaaS domain preferred.

- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) or Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) will be an added advantage
