Job Overview :

Design and Development of Mobile Packet Core Solutions :

- Architect and develop comprehensive Mobile Packet Core solutions supporting both 4G LTE (EPC) and 5G NR (New Radio) technologies.

- Develop key components such as the Serving Gateway (SGW), PDN Gateway (PGW), and the User Plane Function (UPF) for 4G.

- Develop Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), Session Management Function (SMF), and User Plane Function (UPF) for 5G.

Cloud-Native Architecture :

- Design solutions with a cloud-native approach, leveraging containerization (e.g., Docker), microservices, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).

- Ensure seamless scalability and manageability in dynamic cloud environments.

High Availability and Reliability :

- Focus on performance optimization to handle telco-scale traffic loads, ensuring low latency

and high throughput.

Scalability :

- Implement advanced load balancing techniques to distribute traffic evenly across network resources.

Innovation and Integration :

- Ensure interoperability with existing network elements for seamless integration into diverse network environments.

Customer-Centric Approach :

- Provide comprehensive support and training for effective deployment, management, and

optimization of Mobile Packet Core solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- 11-14 years of experience from a Telecommunication or Networking background.

Expertise in one or more of the following areas :

- Cloud-native technologies : Kubernetes, load balancing.

- 5G Network functions : AMF, SMF, PCF, CHF, NEF, etc.

- EPC functions : MME, PGW, SGW, CUPS (Control and User Plane Separation).

- 4G/5G handovers : N26 interface.

- Good coding skills in C/C++. (Implied as a standard for this domain and role level).

Desired Skills :

- Hands-on experience with User Plane technologies.

- Familiarity with Intel DDP (Dynamic Device Personalization) and Smart NICs.

- Knowledge of QoS (Quality of Service), Charging, and DPI (Deep Packet Inspection).
