Oracle Apps Technical Consultant

Location : Chennai (Work From Office 5 Days)

Experience : 7+ Years (Oracle Apps R12.2)

Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Requirements :

- Strong hands-on development experience in Oracle Apps components:

1. Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions/Enhancements (RICE components)

2. Must demonstrate significant hands-on experience in all RICE components.

- Working knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) & Workflow Builder (extensive hands-on not mandatory).

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle Applications to meet business requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for enhancements and integrations.

- Develop custom reports, interfaces, and conversions using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and related tools.

- Configure Oracle Workflow for automation, approvals, and notifications.

- Implement and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems (SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud).

- Optimize performance of objects and interfaces.

- Prepare technical design documentation for clarity and maintainability.

- Conduct unit/integration testing and coordinate deployments with functional teams.

- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Skills & Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Application Modules.

- Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow Builder, XML Publisher, BI Publisher.

- Exposure to OAF development/personalization (advantageous).

- Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, Manufacturing & Process Execution processes.

- Hands-on integration experience with Oracle Modules and external systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Adaptability to learn new technologies and meet changing business needs.
