Role Overview :

TecQubes Technologies is seeking an experienced Solution Architect Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) to lead solution design and architecture for enterprise supply planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder ESP, SPARQ Solver, Linear Programming (LP) Solver, and SQL querying, along with proven experience in architecting and designing scalable supply planning solutions.

The role requires the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver supply planning implementations aligned with client objectives.

Important : Based on client requirements, candidates may be required to visit the office when necessary, despite the role being primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture and design for Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) implementations.

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, effective supply planning solutions.

- Apply expertise in SPARQ Solver and Linear Programming (LP) Solver to support complex supply planning requirements.

- Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Design solution components, integrations, and configurations aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Evaluate existing supply planning processes and recommend suitable architectural improvements.

- Support technical problem-solving, solution validation, and implementation activities.

- Ensure adherence to solution architecture standards, design principles, and project requirements.

- Provide technical guidance to project teams and support solution delivery.

Mandatory Skills :

- Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (BY ESP)

- SPARQ Solver and Linear Programming (LP) Solver experience

- SQL querying

- Solution architecture and solution design experience

Candidate Requirements :

- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

- Strong expertise in enterprise supply planning solutions.

- Proven experience in solution architecture and design.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Availability to join immediately.

Willingness to work the GCV shift from 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 30 AM IST.

Willingness to visit the office when required by the client.
