Role & Responsibilities :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and other web technologies like HTML, CSS, and XML.

- Must have 5+ years of experience exclusively in ServiceNow development, and must have worked on multiple modules within the platform (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.

- Experience with scripting on the platform, including server-side scripting (GlideScript) and client-side scripting.

- Proven experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).

- Familiarity with database concepts and a strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model.

- GlideRecord in server-side scripts , script includes and Business Rules, while GlideAjax is used in Client Scripts.

- As part of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes, we are asking questions regarding the usage of GlideAjax GlideRecord , g_scratchpad.

- Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a specific module is a plus.

Qualifications :

- The candidates should have good hands-on experience in the ITSM & CMDB modules.

- Good Integration experience is required.

Platform Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and configure custom applications, modules, and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.

- Create and customize core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

- Develop and implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI actions.

- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.

- Configure and manage API integrations to ensure seamless data flow and automation.

- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, delegation of groups, and ACLs (Access Control Lists).

- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.

- Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of the platform.
