Are you an experienced SAP O2C & TM Functional Consultant passionate about stabilizing and supporting large scale S/4HANA landscapes. We are looking for a strong functional expert to join our global IT operations team.

Role Overview :

As a SAP Functional Consultant SD (O2C) & TM, youll be responsible for end to end functional support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post go live stabilization of S/4HANA Order to Cash and Transport Management (side car) processes in a complex, integrated environment.

Youll work closely with business users, technical teams, and global partners to ensure stable operations with minimal business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA SD O2C & TM

- Incident analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and preventive actions

- Drive critical incident calls and manage crisis situations

- Own IT operations for O2C & TM processes

- Functional validation of CD/CI changes

- Regression, integration testing, UAT defect support & hypercare

- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams

- Review FD/TD documents and support knowledge transfer

- Support UAT cycles, key user training, and new rollouts

Required Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in SAP SD Order to Cash & SAP Transport Management

- Strong background in AMS / Application Support

- Hands on experience with S/4HANA migration or global rollouts

- Experience working in multi vendor, global environments

Technical Skills :

SAP SD (O2C) :

- Sales Orders & Contracts, Pricing, ATP, Credit Management, Dispute Management, Consignment, Services

SAP TM (Side?Car) :

- Freight Rate Management, FU/FO, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Settlement,

- Exposure to Last Mile Delivery (LMD) & Route Settlement

Integrations & Tools :

- O2C /TM integration, R2R, P2P, MDM, SPRO, SAP Fiori, BRF+, Workflow,

- Basic ABAP debugging, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager
