Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis to production deployment.

Backend & API Development :

- Implement business logic, workflows, and integrations with internal and external systems.

- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.

Database & Data Handling :

- Work with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA.

- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance.

Code Quality & Testing :

- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery :

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
