Job Role : Lead Java Developer


Experience : 7 to 9 years


Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to lead and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions.


Responsibilities :


1. Technical Leadership :


- Mentor and guide a team of Java developers.


- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and MongoDB


- Define and enforce best practices for software development and coding standards.


- Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define technical solutions.


2. Software Development :


- Design, develop, and test high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java applications.


- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot framework.


- Work with MongoDB to design and implement efficient data storage solutions.


- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues


3. Project Management :


- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.


- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.


4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement :


- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Java ecosystem.


- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.


- Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team.


Qualifications :


- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in Java development.


- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.


- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.


- Knowledge of BPM tools (e.g., Camunda, Activiti).


- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.


- Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
