Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technology transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps covering digital technologies, cloud, data, automation, AI, enterprise applications, and IT operating models.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, digitization, and technology-enabled business transformation.
- Manage large-scale transformation programs, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Drive process re-engineering and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal technology teams, external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Establish transformation governance, KPIs, milestones, and reporting mechanisms for senior management.
- Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Drive organizational change management, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential business value, including AI/GenAI, cloud, analytics, automation, and digital platforms.
- Ensure transformation initiatives comply with relevant security, data privacy, architecture, regulatory, and IT governance standards.
- Prepare business cases, investment proposals, transformation dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Track benefits realization and ensure transformation programs deliver the expected business value, ROI, productivity improvements, and cost savings.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience in technology transformation, digital transformation, IT consulting, technology program management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology or digital transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and transformation domains such as cloud, ERP, CRM, data & analytics, AI/GenAI, automation, APIs, and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders and influence decision-making across functions.
- Strong program/project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, risks, and multiple workstreams.
- Experience with business process transformation, operating-model redesign, process automation, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex business problems into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
- Experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, technology vendors, or global/MNC organizations is preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF, or relevant cloud certifications would be an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop business cases, ROI analysis, and transformation investment proposals.
- Experience with AI/GenAI-led transformation and emerging technology adoption would be highly desirable.
