Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead with expertise in InRule Business Rules Management System (BRMS) and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of overall IT experience, including 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with InRule, and will be responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of rule-based solutions within enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of business rule solutions using InRule BRMS.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather rule requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Integrate InRule with enterprise applications and APIs, including .NET, RESTful services, and cloud platforms.

- Develop and maintain rule sets, vocabularies, and workflows within InRule.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of rule-based solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in rule modeling and .NET development.

- Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of rule engines in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of overall IT experience, with 2-3 years in InRule BRMS and strong proficiency in .NET (C#/VB.NET).

- Experience in architecting, designing and implementing rule-based systems and decision logic.

- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL Server, and system integration.

- Hands-on experience with InRule BRMS, including irAuthor, irVerify, irScript and irServer.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in migrating legacy rules engines (e.g., Inference, ODM) to InRule.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in domains like insurance, finance, or healthcare where rule engines are commonly used.

- Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
