Role & Responsibilities :

Role Purpose :

- Lead the technology aspects in business process re-engineering including process discovery and mapping.

- Help identify and define re-engineering and automation opportunities.

- Define automation design, interactions with core business applications during processes re-engineering projects to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical expertise and oversight to ongoing and new transformation projects.

-Suggest design/architecture for automation solutions, track ongoing projects, suggest improvements and guide junior developers.

Key Competencies :

Educational Qualifications : BE/BTech/MBA/MCA

Mandatory Requirements / Certifications :

- Min 10 years experience in full stack software development and min 3 years as a tech lead.

- Hands-on development experience in Python.

Skills and Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in full stack software development.

- Preferred : experience in designing and building automation solutions using Power Automate platform, Camunda, Appian, Python, or any other low code platform.

- Experience in any frontend JavaScript framework (such as ReactJS), Jest, State Management and have hands-on experience in Springboot.

- Working knowledge of Python.

- Must have a good understanding of cloud technologies like Azure Logic Apps and Function apps.

- Strong in Semantic HTML, CSS / SCSS / CSS in JS, JavaScript (ES6).

- Clear understanding of Core Java OOPs concepts, Collections, Design Patterns, etc.

- Expert in Spring Boot for our microservices ecosystem.

- SonarQube and Checkmarx for static code analysis and security scanning on both the frontend and the backend.

- Strong understanding of TypeScript, Redux, Micro Frontend architecture, Webpack, Lerna, Yarn / NPM (Optional).

- Enzyme and Cypress testing (Optional).

- Cosmos DB on Microsoft Azure with MongoDB API or similar.

- Azure DevOps for Repos, CI and Release pipelines or similar (Optional).

- Apigee (or similar) for building and surfacing APIs for system integrations (Optional).
