Role Summary :

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Java or .NET technologies, capable of managing large-scale IT projects while actively contributing to technical decision-making. The role requires a balance of project leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement project management frameworks, SDLC processes, and best practices

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Java / .NET based application development projects

- Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams on technical planning and execution

- Review technical designs, architecture documents, and development plans

- Track project timelines, milestones, scope, cost, and quality metrics

- Identify technical and delivery risks and drive mitigation plans proactively

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination

- Provide mentorship to project managers, team leads, and engineers

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients

- Drive continuous improvement based on project outcomes and retrospectives

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong working experience in Java OR .NET technologies

- Good understanding of :

• Web applications, APIs, Microservices architecture
• Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• SDLC, Agile / Scrum, Waterfall models
• CI/CD, DevOps concepts

- Ability to understand and review code, technical issues, and solution designs (hands-on coding not mandatory)

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 12+ years of experience in IT Project Management

- Minimum 5 - 7 years working on Java or .NET based projects

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred

- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-team projects

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
