Must Have :

- 3 - 5+ End-to-End Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

- Strong experience in Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Client Workshops & Stakeholder Management.

- Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel, Skill-Based Routing, Case Management, Email-to-Case, Knowledge Management.

- Experience in Salesforce Administration (Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Approval Processes).

- Exposure to Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, Data Migration & Integrations.

- Experience in UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, Release & Deployment Management.

- Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to address complex customer service challenges and improve case management efficiency.

- Lead the technical design and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules to ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise workflows.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into functional requirements and technical specifications that drive measurable business outcomes.

- CI/CD (Copado/Jenkins/Gearset)

- MuleSoft or other middleware integrations
