Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical + Functional CLM Consultant / Product Manager with strong expertise in enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), enterprise integrations, AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and cloud-native architecture.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern CLM platforms, enterprise system integrations, AI/LLM-enabled legal operations, and scalable workflow design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct discovery workshops with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, Security, and IT stakeholders

- Analyze existing CLM platforms and recommend modernization strategies

- Collaborate with engineering teams on :

4. Security & Access Controls

5. Data Models & Microservices

- Evaluate AI/LLM-based automation use cases :

1. Contract Summarization

2. Clause Extraction

3. Risk Scoring

4. Intelligent Redlining

5. Contract Review Copilots

6. Agentic Workflow Automation

- Drive CLM transformation roadmap and enterprise modernization initiatives
