Description :

Seeking a consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits to configure, support, and optimize benefits processes. The role ensures accurate benefits administration, smooth integrations, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

For additional context, the selected candidate would be dedicated solely to Oracle Cloud HCM customers.

The core responsibilities for the role would include :

- Handling ticket assignments based on HCM module ("Benefits module" in this case)

- Assisting with Oracle quarterly patch testing (manual testing or using the in-house tool)

- Participating in internal company calls at least once per week to review ticket status

- Keeping tickets updated in the Zoho Ticketing System

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud Benefits, including plans, eligibility rules, and enrollments

- Manage benefits life cycle: enrollments, changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment

- Develop HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports for benefits administration

- Support integrations with payroll, HR, and third-party benefits providers

- Troubleshoot benefits system issues and data discrepancies

- Assist with testing, data migration, and documentation

- Provide training and guidance to HR and business users

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of benefits processes and compliance requirements

- Experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits (implementation or support)

- Technical skills: HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL

- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Preferred :

- Knowledge of US or global benefits programs

- Experience with third-party benefits carriers or portals

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
