Role Overview :

As an MS 365 Techno Functional Consultant at Andor Tech, you will be responsible for analyzing client business requirements, designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, and providing ongoing support.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients leverage the full potential of Dynamics 365 to improve their business processes and achieve their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze client business requirements related to manufacturing, supply chain, and pharmaceutical processes to design effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing, to meet specific client needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

- Provide end-user training and support to facilitate the adoption of Dynamics 365 within client organizations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and integrations to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365.

- Create and maintain documentation related to system design, configuration, and implementation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.

- Support clients in maintaining GMP/GXP compliance within their Dynamics 365 environment by implementing and validating appropriate controls and processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and pharmaceutical business processes.

- Experience with GMP/GXP regulations and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
