Role Overview :

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Techno-Functional Consultant with a balanced mix of functional expertise and technical capability. The role involves driving end-to-end CRM solution delivery, including requirement analysis, system configuration, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

- Configure CRM components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.

- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations, and integrations.

- Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment activities.

- Manage and support integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring performance and stability.

- Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.

- Hands-on expertise in configuration and customization.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflows.

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

- Knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, and Azure services.

- Ability to bridge functional requirements with technical implementation.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with US stakeholders or global delivery teams.

- Exposure to Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, or Service Bus.

- Experience in Customer Service or Field Service modules.

Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (MB-230)

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-210)

- Any relevant Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-900, etc.)
