We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in project management, production support, and troubleshooting. The role requires hands-on knowledge of SQL, Unix, Databases, APIs, Weblogic/servers, ITIL processes, and a solid background in the banking domain.

Mandatory Skill :

Secondary Skills :

Techno-functional Role - that involves end-to-end project management and implementation using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities :

- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot application/system issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes.

- Work with databases, APIs, and middleware (Weblogic/servers) for integration and support.

- Ensure ITIL-compliant processes for incident, change, and problem management.

- Act as a techno-functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Drive continuous improvement in processes and system performance.
