Techno-Functional Architect - Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Key Responsibilities :

- 10 - 15+ years of overall IT experience with a strong concentration in the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

- Salesforce architect-level and Revenue Cloud certifications are strongly preferred; candidates without them are expected to pursue certification on the job.

- 8+ years on the Salesforce platform, with significant experience architecting enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM); strong legacy CPQ backgrounds (Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Oracle) with demonstrable ARM exposure will be considered.

- Deep functional expertise across Product Catalog, Pricing, CPQ, Contracts, Amendments, Renewals, and Order Management.

- Hands-on technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and the Salesforce declarative toolset.

- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

- Strong client-facing consulting skills - able to run discovery workshops, challenge requirements, and present architecture to senior stakeholders.

- Track record of mentoring developers and leading technical teams through full implementation lifecycles.
