Role Overview :

As a Technical Writer, you'll work with engineering and product teams to produce high-quality service manuals, upgrade procedures, online help, and documentation for hardware systems used globally in the semiconductor industry.

Key Must-Haves :

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

- 2- 8 years of technical writing experience (HW/SW writing acceptable)

- Experience with DITA XML standards and tools like Oxygen XML Editor and MS Word

- Prior experience in a Product company (if from services, must have worked on product-based projects)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Minimum 2 years tenure in previous organizations (no job hoppers)

- Willingness to work on hardware documentation (even if previous exp is in software)

Strict No-Poach Guidelines :

- No candidates from HCL

- No BSc graduates

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with other documentation tools, formats, or industry standards

- Project management exposure, tracker maintenance, stakeholder handling

- Ability to work across global time zones and cultures
