Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Workday Integration Specialist to design, build, and deploy complex integrations within the Workday ecosystem.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Workday technical stack, specifically Workday Studio and Cloud Connectors, to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and third-party vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Technical Design : Architect and develop end-to-end integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Document Transformation (DT).

- Implementation : Lead the technical stream of full-cycle client implementations, ensuring all data migrations and integrations are tested and secure.

- Connector Management : Configure and maintain Core Connectors and Cloud Connectors for various functional areas.

- Advanced Reporting : Build complex Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields to serve as data sources for integrations.

- Support : Provide post-production technical support, troubleshooting integration failures and optimizing performance

Skill Set :

- Integration Tools : Mastery of Workday Studio, Orchestrate, and EIB.

- Connectivity : Deep knowledge of Core/Cloud Connectors and Document Transformation.

- Reporting : Expert in Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields.

- Technical Standards : Proficiency in XSLT, XML, SOAP, and REST APIs.

Required Experience :

- Total Career : 6 to 9 years of technical experience in HCM product suites.

- Workday Tenure : Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.

- Certifications : Mandatory certification in Workday Integrations, Studio, and Orchestrate.

- Track Record : Involvement in at least two full-cycle implementations.
