Description :

We are looking for a hands-on, driven, Tech Support Specialist who will be on the frontlines to resolve all issues faced by the users of our Solar Monitoring Platform. If you're someone who doesn't just solve problems but also questions inefficiencies, speaks the language of both customers and APIs.

Responsibilities :

- Support User Queries : Act as the first line of response for user issues and ensure prompt resolutions with a customer-first mindset.

- Troubleshoot User Journeys : Dive into the user's journey to identify bottlenecks, bugs, or confusion and guide them to solutions.

- Onboard Solar PV Plants : Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to bring new plants onto our monitoring platform smoothly and accurately.

- Monitor API Logs : Keep an eye on API interactions, detect anomalies or failures, and flag them to the tech team with clarity and context.

- Assist in UAT : Participate in User Acceptance Testing of new product features and ensure they meet quality and user expectations before rollout.

- Document Knowledge : Draft clear and concise technical manuals, user guides, and SOPs to support internal processes and customer onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with IoT Platforms (Experience with solar platforms is an advantage)

- Fluent in English and Hindi

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High comfort with technical tools and user interactions

- Comfort with APIs understand API calls via Postman or equivalent tools

- Stakeholder Whisperer proactive, clear, and crisp communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers
