Role Overview :

As a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Broadridge GLOSS solutions, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their critical financial systems. You will work closely with internal development teams, infrastructure engineers, and external stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues, implement solutions, and maintain system stability. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of our clients' Broadridge platforms, enabling them to meet their regulatory requirements and maintain a competitive edge.


Key Responsibilities :

- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients experiencing issues with their Broadridge financial information systems, minimizing disruption to their business operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Broadridge applications, IT infrastructure, and communication protocols, ensuring rapid restoration of services.

- Collaborate with internal development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes of issues and implement permanent solutions, improving system stability and performance.

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments supporting Broadridge applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases and system upgrades, validating functionality and ensuring a seamless transition for clients.

- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices in a comprehensive knowledge base, enabling efficient knowledge sharing and problem resolution.

- Manage problem tickets and escalate issues appropriately, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, preventing disruptions and ensuring optimal system availability.


Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to financial information systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

- Proven expertise in providing technical support for Broadridge applications, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, system administration, and communication protocols, enabling effective problem diagnosis and resolution.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with problem management processes and tools, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
