Job Title : Technical Specialist - Network Support (L2)
Location : Thane,Mumbai
Shift : US Shift
Role Overview :
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting for network devices, services, and application issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to ensure high customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and install network devices : routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, IPSEC
- Monitor network performance, availability, latency, bandwidth, and utilization metrics
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, patches, firmware updates, and security configurations
- Provide Level-2 support for connectivity issues and troubleshoot to resolution
- Follow change management policies for infrastructure modifications
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors during outages or escalations
- Support cloud networking : VNets, NSGs, VPN, Private DNS, ExpressRoute, firewalls
- Conduct testing, performance tuning, and reliability improvements
- Assist with remote site network setup and onboarding new locations
- Analyze network security posture and support remediation of vulnerabilities
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with enterprise network infrastructure
- Hands-on troubleshooting and monitoring expertise
- Knowledge of cloud networking and security best practices
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Experience :- 3+ years
