Technical Solution Architect - Legacy Insurance Platform

Location : Remote (India / US)

Experience : 8-12 Years

Engagement : Contract (Initial 46 weeks)

Work Model :

- US candidates : 2040 hrs/week for 46 weeks

- India candidates : Full-time for 46 weeks

- Travel to Chennai for 3-4 days may be required

- Strong performers may have the opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role (potential CTO track).

Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end architecture across CRM, insurance platforms, and data ecosystems

- Define API and integration architecture across systems

- Lead modernization initiatives for legacy insurance platforms

- Conduct business discovery workshops and map operational workflows

- Architect data consolidation and analytics platforms

- Break architecture into implementable engineering workstreams

- Guide development teams and produce architecture documentation

Required Skills :

- 8-12 years in enterprise architecture / platform modernization

- Experience with insurance technology platforms

- CRM architecture experience (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce)

- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud platform

- Experience with Snowflake or modern data platforms

- Strong understanding of API & integration architecture

Preferred :

- Exposure to Power Platform

- Experience in insurance brokerage systems

- Exposure to AI-driven workflows or intelligent automation
