Position : Technical Scrum Master.

Duration : Full Time.

Location : Hyderabad.

Note : Looking for Node JS Frontend & Java Backend Experience .

Looking for candidates who has worked as a Developer & then moved into Scrum Master Role.

JD :

What Youll Do :

- Node JS Frontend & Java Backend Experience .

- API Integration.

- Lead Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Grooming, Reviews & Retrospectives.

- Partner with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlog.

- Manage delivery of API-based and microservices projects.

- Track sprint progress, metrics, risks, dependencies & delivery timelines.

- Coach teams on Agile maturity, mindset, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise application/agile environment.

- Strong API Integration / REST / Microservices understanding.

- Experience with API Management tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kong, WSO2, etc.

- Hands-on with Agile tools : Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Preferred Certifications : CSM / PSM-I/II / SAFe Scrum Master / PMI-ACP (any relevant Agile certification).
