Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in UI Frontend development to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives in Hyderabad or Gurgaon.

In this leadership capacity, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance engineering execution, ensuring that our customer-facing interfaces are not only visually compelling but architecturally robust.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, product owners, and engineering squads to drive the delivery of scalable frontend solutions that directly influence user engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of complex UI projects by aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

- Mentor and lead high-performing frontend engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages technical innovation and adherence to best practices.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to ensure alignment across the organization.

- Drive the adoption of modern frontend architectures and design systems to improve development velocity and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

- Optimize project workflows and agile processes to eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering maximum value to the end-user.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in architecting and managing large-scale frontend ecosystems using JavaScript, React.js, and AngularJS, with a deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 standards.

- Proven ability to navigate complex project lifecycles, utilizing advanced project management methodologies to deliver enterprise-grade software within a hybrid work environment.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate intricate technical challenges into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying performance bottlenecks in UI frameworks and implementing scalable solutions that enhance user experience.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 13 - 25 years of progressive experience in technical leadership and project management.
