Technical Project Manager ServiceNow

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects across multiple modules while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, vendors, and leadership.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence to ensure successful implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery from project initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Manage multiple ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers, solution architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams.

- Drive implementation and enhancements across ServiceNow modules including:

1. ServiceNow Core Platform

2. Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)

3. Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

4. Field Service Management (FSM)

5. Source-to-Pay Operations

6. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Define project scope, milestones, project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery timelines.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while developing effective mitigation strategies.

- Conduct project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee presentations, and executive reporting.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and SDLC methodologies.

- Manage Agile ceremonies and project documentation.
