Ideal Candidate:

- 10+ years of overall experience

- Strong SAP SuccessFactors project delivery experience

- Proven experience managing large-scale / global SuccessFactors rollouts

- Strong technical understanding rather than a purely functional PM profile

- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
