Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver software development projects within defined timelines and budgets.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support.

- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

- Work closely with MERN Stack developers to understand technical architecture, development challenges, and implementation approaches.

- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and sprint plans.

- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Track project progress, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and updates to clients and senior management.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks, and software development best practices.

- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and stakeholder expectations.

- Review technical documentation, project reports, and delivery plans.

- Ensure smooth coordination between technical and business teams.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of the MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web application development.

- Understanding of database design, integrations, and application performance.

- Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of software testing, debugging, and release management.

Project Management Skills:

- Strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

- Experience in sprint planning, task estimation, resource allocation, and project tracking.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing requirements.

- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience in client communication and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 - 8 years of overall experience in software development/project delivery.

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience managing technical projects or development teams.

- Experience working on web application development projects using the MERN Stack.

- Proven track record of delivering software projects successfully.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience as a Software Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master.

- Experience managing distributed development teams.

- Understanding of UI/UX workflows and product development.

- Experience in client-facing project delivery and requirement discussions.

- Technical development experience in JavaScript or the MERN Stack will be an added advantage.
