Technical Project Manager - AWS Cloud

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience in delivering complex AWS-based software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end SDLC execution, SAFe Agile and Scrum delivery, and proven capability in managing high-pressure, client-critical engagements across onsite-offshore delivery models.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive engineering quality, delivery predictability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS software development and modernization projects across distributed teams

- Own complete project lifecycle including estimation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and release governance

- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe framework, including PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and program execution

- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices including coding standards, peer reviews, CI/CD governance, and quality gates

- Provide oversight on solution design discussions and architecture alignment in collaboration with technical leads and architects

- Drive strong focus on quality engineering, including automation strategy, API testing, integration readiness, and defect prevention

- Manage demanding client stakeholders with maturity, professionalism, and strong escalation-handling capabilities

- Lead high-pressure, high-visibility programs with strong ownership, structured execution, and delivery discipline

- Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery

- Provide regular project status reporting, executive dashboards, governance updates, and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 1215 years of overall experience in IT delivery and Technical Project Management

- Strong track record of managing AWS cloud-based software development programs

- Solid understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle, including estimation, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Proven expertise in SAFe Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Experience driving automation, API testing practices, and continuous improvement in engineering quality

- Strong technical orientation with ability to participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

- Demonstrated ability to handle tough clients, manage escalations, extremely proactive, and deliver under high-pressure environments

- Experience working in global delivery setups with onsite-offshore engagement models

- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence

Preferred Skills/Certifications :

- SAFe Agilist / Scrum Master (CSM) / PMP certification preferred

- AWS certification (Practitioner/Solutions Architect) is an added advantage

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube
