- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Drive project planning activities including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and

timeline tracking.

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.

- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong background in Java development with a clear understanding of software engineering principles.

- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and project management practices.

- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Java Technical Project Manager.

- Prior hands-on experience in Java development is essential.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and project management processes.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
