Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software and platform solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, hands-on technical project management, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables for software and platform initiatives.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure adherence to Agile practices.

- Coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to remove impediments and optimize team productivity.

- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks.

- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in SaaS / Platform development environments.

- Strong understanding of software/application development, preferably with Java stack.

- Hands-on familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, IAM, and DevOps practices.

- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best

practices.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

- Experience in Agile methodologies and practices

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
