Role Overview :

We at Beesolver Technology, are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 8+ years of experience to lead the execution of our complex software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Delivery : Plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Manage timelines, scope, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Technical Leadership : Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable user stories.

- Bridge Communication : Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to align on technical dependencies and project timelines.

- Code & Architecture Familiarity : Participate in technical discussions, challenge architectural decisions when necessary, and help remove technical blockers for the development team.

- Process Optimization : Continuously improve software development lifecycles (SDLC) and engineering workflows to maximize team velocity and code quality.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years of total experience in the software industry, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated Project/Program Management role.

- Development Background : A proven track record of initial working years spent as a Software Engineer/Developer is mandatory. You must be able to "speak the language" of developers.

- Methodologies : Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks (Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus).

- Tools : Expert-level experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Tech Stack Familiarity : Broad understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
