Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Execution :

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

- Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

- Monitor project progress and address potential risks or bottlenecks.

- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant software development methodologies.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met.

- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.

- Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to maintain strong client relationships.

Team Coordination & Leadership :

- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.

- Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Quality & Process Improvement :

- Ensure high-quality deliverables by enforcing best practices in software development.

- Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements.

- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.

Presales & Client Management

- Joining client discovery calls, shaping technical solutions, and crafting winning proposals for new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development project delivery.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.

- Experience with JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.

- Strong client-facing skills and ability to handle escalations.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Technical background in software development is a plus.

- PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications are an advantage.
