Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects.

The ideal candidate will bridge business, technical, and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to drive Agile practices across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and create Agile backlogs and sprints

- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve roadblocks

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews

- Coach teams on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and best practices

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication among product, engineering, QA, and operations teams

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and iterative delivery

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including product owners, business managers, and technical leads

- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to leadership and clients

- Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize project requirements based on business value

- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues

- Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance, and quality standards

- Track and report project KPIs including velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and resource utilization

- Analyze project performance and recommend improvements to delivery processes

- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirement documents, and post-project retrospectives

- Work closely with technical teams to understand architecture, system dependencies, and technical constraints

- Ensure that technical deliverables meet quality, scalability, and security standards

- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making during project execution

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 58+ years of experience in technical project management within IT, software development, or digital products

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Proven track record of managing complex software development projects from initiation to delivery

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system architecture
