We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex development and automation projects, drive team performance, and ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, proven experience managing cross-functional teams, and strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. This role requires coordination with global clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage technical programs and projects involving cross-functional teams of 10+ members.

- Plan, execute, and oversee development and automation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

- Serve as a primary liaison between the client and internal teams; organize and facilitate meetings, status updates, and milestone reviews.

- Collaborate with clients, field support, suppliers, and engineering teams to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.

- Prepare and deliver clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Document and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and continuously improve team processes.

- Represent the company in customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Technical Skills & Competencies :

Project & Team Management : Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people, preferably in a software development or automation context.

Communication & Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Presentation Skills : Strong PowerPoint design skills and the ability to simplify and visualize complex information.

Requirements Gathering : Capable of investigating and documenting detailed business and reporting requirements.

Agile Expertise : Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Agile processes and tools.

Leadership : Collaborative and team-oriented approach; proactive in identifying risks and resolving issues.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- PMP Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Exposure to enterprise product environments or global product teams.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.
