We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager for a contract-to-hire role to lead and deliver enterprise-scale IT projects from our offshore delivery center. The role is responsible for project planning, sprint execution, team coordination, and ensuring delivery governance and stakeholder alignment across multi-functional global teams.

You will manage both internal resources and client expectations while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end project planning, work breakdown structure, and sprint scheduling

- Manage scope, timeline, and budget across cross-functional delivery teams

- Coordinate with developers, QA, DevOps, and architects to ensure task execution

- Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

- Oversee sprint ceremonies, backlog health, and delivery milestones

- Deliver regular status reports and project updates to onshore stakeholders and leadership

- Ensure compliance with internal delivery governance standards and SLAs

- Collaborate with clients to manage expectations and resolve escalations

- Lead offshore teams, support performance tracking, and mentor junior PMs

- Support onboarding, ramp-up, and transition planning for project resources

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in project management, with 3-5 years in offshore/global delivery models

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise IT or digital transformation projects

- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models

- Strong command of project planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet

- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business (PMP/CSM preferred)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in managing projects involving ERP (e.g., JDE), cloud, integration, or eCommerce platforms

- Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and QA alignment

- Background working with U.S. or European clients in retail, logistics, or digital commerce

- Strong understanding of delivery KPIs, governance frameworks, and resource utilization Models
