Role : Technical Project Manager

Location : Bangalore (5 Days WFO)

Education : Any Engineering Background

What Youll Do :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and technology-driven projects

- Define and execute AI/ML strategies aligned with business goals

- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Design teams

- Drive project planning, execution, timelines, risk management, and resource allocation

- Ensure seamless delivery across backend, frontend, cloud, and data platforms

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve delivery efficiency

- Monitor project performance, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Were Looking For :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Technical Project Management

- Proven track record in delivering AI/ML or data-driven projects

- Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms AWS / GCP / Azure

- Good exposure to Software Development, Data Engineering & Scalable Architectures

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with AI-first product companies or high-growth startups

- Exposure to MLOps, Data Pipelines, and Model Deployment

- PMP / Scrum Master / SAFe certifications
