Key Responsibilities :

Project Coordination : Assist in planning, organizing, and executing software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.

Client Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or queries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and resolve any resource-related issues.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges within projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations before final delivery.

Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation to facilitate effective project management and communication.

Continuous Improvement : Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learnt, areas for improvement, and best practices to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years Project Management in the Software industry. PMP Certification is a plus.

- Prior experience working in React and Python technologies will be a significant plus

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
