Role Overview :

- Drive end-to-end execution of Web Application, Mobile Application, and Backend, with sound knowledge of DevOps systems.

- Ensure seamless integration with embedded systems.

- Coordinate across product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams.

Note: This is not a coordination-only role the candidate must be capable of reviewing and guiding web application, mobile application, backend and support in DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own delivery of web, mobile, backend, and cloud systems.

- Translate product requirements into technical execution plans.

- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage sprint cycles.

- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Embedded teams.

- Manage release cycles and deployment processes.

- Ensure quality through testing and validation.

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Track performance metrics like velocity and bug rates.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 8 years in Technical Project Management or Engineering roles.

- Strong understanding of web/mobile/backend architectures.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in HealthTech, MedTech, or IoT.

- Exposure to real-time systems or wearable devices.

- Understanding of healthcare data standards.

- Familiarity with embedded systems.

Reporting Structure :

- Reports to CEO & COO

- Works closely with the Embedded Project Manager, Product Manager, Clinical, and Customer Success teams.

Technical Expertise (Must Have) :

- Strong in Python, MySQL, NoSQL databases, ReactJS, and Hybrid Platforms like Flutter

- Should have strong coding and debugging skills
