The Technical Sr. Project Manager is responsible for Project management; people management including performance reviews and will be taking ownership of growth opportunities.


This role is also responsible for working collaboratively to establish a healthy culture of collaboration, innovation and learning across all teams.

Responsibilities :

- Enterprise level strategic planning and organization. Creation and support of cross-departmental best practices. Develop and maintain strategic relationships across the organization

- Participate in RFP response and works with the technical team including the Lead and Architects to come up with the approach, project plan and estimates

- Drives the creation of new teams including hiring and interview support for adding new members to the team

- Conducts regular check-in with the client team to identify areas of improvement and comes up with a service improvement plan

- Lead or support as requested by the leadership team. Identify opportunities to automate, increase efficiencies in testing, and/or improve quality.

- Responsible for driving quality assurance. strategy to ensure delivery of high-quality test deliverables to internal and external customers, including test automation strategy.

- Drives evaluation of emerging technologies and provides realistic insights into the integration of external technologies and platforms.

- Lead and/or participate in Enterprise level Projects and Initiatives

- Ensure engineering team deliverables are of highest possible code quality, are well tested, and meet the needs of the target consumer

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience coding in an object-oriented development language and managing code(Java/Python)

- 5+ years of experience in forming and managing project teams

- Ability to monitor software development, quality engineering, and DevOps industry trends, emerging technologies, and raise opportunities that will result in cost savings, increased revenue, and/or improved security or customer experience

- Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills and ability to build teams and positively influence culture modernization of tech stack, coding standards, a cohesive test automation strategy, and availability of CI/CD pipeline

- Flexible to travel to client location and discuss projects, opportunities and business plans. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Highly organized, self-initiating, strong problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of test automation tools, coding tools, and continuous integration tools

- Working knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL, and ability to create & execute queries

- Working experience with Atlassian products including, but not limited to, Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket

- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Desired Skills :

- 8+ years in software engineering

- 5+ years of management experience managing multiple teams (30 to 40 members)

- Python/Java Either of the one programming languages experience

- Experience in software engineering, quality engineering, and/or DevOps

- Experience working in an Agile software development methodology

Education :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
