Role Overview :

The Tech Project Manager anchors delivery across the program lifecycle, ensuring structured execution and progress tracking using Agile, Scrum, and SDLC practices. The role blends project oversight with technical mentorship, guiding teams through real-world software problem statements.

Working with Solution Architects and Master Trainers, the role ensures training outcomes are met, drives benchmarking and reviews, and provides data-backed feedback to build industry-ready professionalism in fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities :


- The individual will be responsible for ensuring deliverables and progress are tracked, and for acting as an anchor across the project lifecycle for each team using Agile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices

- Mentor real time on the software development problem statements

- Work with a team of master trainers and solutions architect closely to deliver desired training outputs

- Integrate technical thinking into behavioral and workplace readiness modules

- Design and customize scenario-based problem statements

- Conduct level-setting and readiness benchmarking

- Drive peer and facilitator reviews

- Provide structured, evidence-based feedback on learner maturity

- Identify high-potential and at-risk learners using data-backed insights

- Build industry-aligned professionalism in fresh graduates

Key Technical Skills Required :

- Practical understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks

- Knowledge on full stack Java/Python/.Net

- Knowledge of SDLC and enterprise delivery environments

- Ability to map engineering workflows to workplace scenarios

- Strong facilitation and learner engagement skills

- Expertise in business communication and email writing

- Coaching mindset with focus on behavioral change

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline

- 5 - 8 years of experience in software delivery, technical roles, or technical training

- Proven experience managing technical training and campus-to-corporate programs

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC concepts

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and feedback skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with fresher batches in corporate academies or bootcamps

- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.)

- Exposure to enterprise delivery environments such as BFSI, Retail/e-Commerce, or Healthcare

- Background in instructional design, behavioral training, or professional skills coaching can be a plus
