- Educational Qualification(Mandatory) : BE/Btech/MCA or equivalent

- Educational Qualification(Preferred) : PMP Certification adds an advantage

Required Skill Set :

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET (Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Understanding of database systems, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Knowledge of version control tools like Git, GitHub, and GitLab.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps is a plus.

- Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support.

- Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

- Ensure technical feasibility while balancing technical depth with project timelines.

- Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.

- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify and proactively mitigate potential risks and issues.

- Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best engineering practices across teams.
