Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution :
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Develop detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, timelines, and resource strategies.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
Technical Leadership :
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and SMEs to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Review technical designs, ensure architectural alignment, and verify feasibility and scalability.
- Lead technical discussions, risk assessments, and system integration efforts.
Stakeholder & Client Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Conduct steering committee meetings, status reviews, and escalation management.
- Maintain alignment between business goals, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations.
Team Leadership & Coordination :
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including developers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, and operations.
- Mentor team members, drive accountability, and promote high-performance culture.
- Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Risk, Issue & Change Management :
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Implement change control processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Resolve dependencies, constraints, and roadblocks across teams.
Delivery Governance & Reporting :
- Track KPIs : velocity, effort variance, defect leakage, burn-down charts, SLA compliance.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Present weekly/monthly reports to leadership and drive data-backed decisions.
- Quality Assurance & DevOps Integration
- Enforce quality gates, code branching strategies, and automated testing practices.
- Work with DevOps engineers to ensure CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, and release automation.
- Ensure smooth production deployments, rollback plans, and environment stability.

Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Cloud Platforms : Azure / AWS / GCP
- CI/CD Tools : GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab
- Agile Tools : JIRA, ADO, Confluence
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, integration, cloud architecture
- Understanding of QA automation, DevOps, and security best practices
Project Management Skills :
- PMP, CSM, Prince2, or equivalent certifications (preferred)
- Expert in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills
